CommunicationI'm really upset about the customer service I got for my refund. I emailed them twice and haven't heard back yet, which is not cool. A company should respond to a customer's question within a reasonable timeframe, no matter how big they are. It's been weeks since I asked for a refund and I'm still waiting for it. This lack of efficiency and communication is just not okay nowadays.
