Terrible customer service, eh? My return got lost and they keep giving me the runaround and won't refund my purchase. I followed their return procedure through a third-party service, but they refuse to help. I can only communicate with them through email or chat, no direct contact with a real person. I really like their products, but I won't be ordering from them again after this. Update: finally got my refund, but they charged me a service fee, eh?

I bought something from this company and had to send it back because it didn't fit. I had to pay for shipping back and forth, and then got slapped with extra border fees. It ended up costing me a bunch of extra cash. Definitely not worth it.

I had a really bad experience with this company's return policy. When I wanted to return something, they surprised me by only giving me half of my money back. It really didn't sit well with me and I wouldn't suggest anyone to shop here.

I can't believe how rude this company is! I ordered something and it was way too big, so I had to send it back. But get this - not only did I have to pay for shipping, they also added a crazy $7.95 fee just to process the return. That's a total of $18 just to try on something - talk about unfair! And to make matters worse, when I tried to return it with the "happy returns" code they gave me, the UPS store messed it up. They couldn't even give me a receipt, so I had no way to prove I sent it back. What a waste of time and money! I tried calling Three Bird Nest, but guess what? They don't even have a customer service number. Now I'm stuck with something I don't even want and out of money for no reason at all.
