I just bought a watch on this site, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I never got an email confirmation or any shipping updates, and now I'm starting to doubt if this company is even legit. If they don't get back to me soon, I'm gonna have to take this up with the right authorities. I'm just glad I didn't give them my credit card info.

My order got cancelled out of nowhere, which left me high and dry without the gift I was planning to give. The lack of communication on their part is just not cool. And when I reached out to them to express how bummed I was, they didn't even try to make things right or come up with any solutions.

I ordered this watch online and waited for like ten whole days, right? And then I found out they actually cancelled my order because my shipping address didn't match the one on my VISA. Can you believe it? They didn't even bother to let me know! It's soooo annoying!

After going back and forth for weeks, the company suddenly told me they were canceling my order because my credit card company flagged something fishy. I was totally surprised because my credit card never told me about any weird activity. It's disappointing that the company didn't bring this up with me earlier if they knew about it. Overall, the lack of transparency and communication made the whole thing pretty disappointing, eh?

I had a weird thing happen with this watch store. I had to send them an email to make sure my order went through because it didn't confirm right away. They wrote back to me in a personal way, so I thought everything was okay. But then, I started getting a bunch of confirmation emails for some reason. Eventually, they told me that some of my order was actually out of stock, even though it said it was in stock when I bought it. They suggested a different, more expensive item as a replacement. I ended up just canceling the whole order. They were nice, but not super organized.
