Unfortunately, my experience shopping on the website wasn't great. I placed an order when there was a 20% off sale, but later got a message saying my order was cancelled and my money refunded with no reasons given. I tried talking to customer service to fix the problem, and eventually they gave me a 20% off code to reorder my stuff. But the whole thing left me feeling annoyed and let down as someone who's been a loyal customer. And to top it off, the contact number they had for customer service in Hong Kong didn't even work, which made it even harder to get in touch with them.

I had such a great time shopping on this website. It was honestly the best online shopping experience I've ever had. Everything was so easy and fast, and the service was top-notch.

I definitely wouldn't suggest ordering from this company. I placed a big order for $3000 and all I keep getting is the same email saying my order will come tomorrow. The customer service is awful, they talk to me like I don't know what I'm doing when I ask about my order. I can't get a straight answer on if I'll even get my stuff or how to get a refund without it. Both the customer service and feedback emails have been no help at all. I would steer clear of this company - they just want your money and don't care about your problems.
