I love shopping on The Outnet, it's my go-to site for online shopping. The photos are great - they really show the details and colors of each item. The size descriptions are always right on, which is super important when shopping online. The quality of the products is always top-notch and I've never been let down with a purchase.

It really sucks when a company doesn't meet expectations, especially when it's about customer service. My recent experience with The Outnet's dress exchange was not great. I waited a long time for the exchange, only to find out that one of the dress straps was torn with a knot in it. It looked like someone tried to fix it, so now I have a used dress that needs more sewing. This mistake is not cool and shows that the company doesn't pay enough attention to quality control and detail.

I bought these white jeans from The Outnet, and when they arrived, they looked like someone had already worn them! There was black fluff and hair all over the inside, so I had to wash them before trying them on. What a disappointment! Luckily, they ended up fitting well, or I would have been stuck with dirty jeans forever. The Outnet has a great selection, but they really need to improve their quality control before shipping items out.
