My order came in a really nice package, and returning one of the dresses I bought was no problem at all. I got two dresses but only kept one - simple return process. I'll definitely be shopping there again!

The customer service team was super helpful when I had trouble with a promo code, but I'm still waiting on my refund. The shoes I bought were exactly what I was looking for, they matched the description perfectly.

Luckily, returning them was a breeze. The whole process was super easy and stress-free. Even though this didn't work out, I'd totally shop at The Outnet again in the future.
