ServiceI remember tearing into the box thinking, yes — mules at last, then staring at hiking boots like, huh? Classic mix-up. Took a few calls, a bit of back-and-forth, and yeah I grumbled, but the thing that made me stop being annoyed was when the replacement actually showed up — right shoe, left shoe, the real Nuptse mules. There was even a tiny handwritten note from the warehouse (unexpected) saying sorry and thanks. Little things like that flip the mood, weirdly. If you're ordering, double-check the label when it arrives and be persistent with CS if it’s wrong. Overall not perfect, but once they fixed it I felt satisfied — relieved, honestly — and I’d give them another shot, with a caveat to watch the packing.
