Cart glitches, but product's fine
Checkoutannoying checkout but product did the job. Long story short, the site kept letting me add the jacket to my cart then yanking it out at payment (so confusing), customer support couldn't really explain and offered no useful fix. I reloaded, tried again, finally placed the order after a phone call — took extra time. I use the jacket for my daily commute and weekend hikes; it's comfy and I'm actually glad I stuck with it, even if the process was a pain.
