I had a really bad experience with this company. Their customer service was terrible and I couldn't figure out how to cancel my subscription. They didn't even remind me about my upcoming charges, and when I told them I lost my job because of COVID and couldn't afford their service anymore, they didn't show any empathy. Trying to dispute the charge was a total nightmare and it felt like they were trying to scam me.

The Information has some really interesting articles and analysis on what's happening in business and technology right now. But man, their customer service totally sucked in my experience. They were super slow in getting back to me with answers, and they were all shady about how they handle payments, which is a big complaint in other reviews too. Even though their content is good, the crappy customer service really turned me off.
