TrackingI'm really upset about the dishonesty I encountered with this company. The customer service person told me that my order was already sent out, but when I asked for a tracking number, they confessed that it hadn't even been shipped yet. It's not okay to deceive customers and show no respect for their support. Trust is crucial in a customer-business relationship, and this company really dropped the ball in that department.
