DeliveryI ordered a dress online on December 4th and expected to get it within 3-5 business days. But by December 18th, I hadn't heard anything about my order, so I contacted customer service. Their reply was not very helpful, just said my order was shipped on December 6th and that I would get another notification if I selected Ship to Store. When I asked again on December 22nd, still no idea where my order was, they just offered a refund. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially so close to Christmas. Luckily, the folks at the STC and square one stores helped me find what I needed, even if I had to make a 2-hour round trip to pick it up.

DeliveryOh my goodness, like seriously, do not trust them at all!! They told me my order would arrive super quick but I ended up waiting for weeks and weeks, and it was all a big fat deception. I was so disappointed and like, I'm definitely not buying from there ever again.
