Returns & RefundsI can't even deal with it right now, eh? The customer service was just brutal! The manager lady was so rude to me when I asked for a refund. She straight up said "there's no way the cashier told you that!" and pretty much accused me of lying. That was seriously not cool. Like, all I wanted was my money back, you know?

Returns & RefundsI picked up these leggings for my sister, but one of them had some frayed stitching in the crotch area. When I tried to return them, they refused to give me a refund and only offered store credit. It's just not fair!

Returns & RefundsI just made a purchase online using PayPal, and when I tried to return an item in-store, they said I had to do it online instead. Can you believe they also wanted to charge me $5 to return a $17 item? It's crazy. I'm not shopping with them online anymore, that's for sure.
