DeliveryI ordered a watch in mid-August and started checking the tracking the next morning — the website looked fine and the estimated delivery seemed reasonable. After a week the courier said they couldn’t locate the parcel and tracking just stopped. I messaged the company several times and mostly got either nothing or vague replies. Oddly, one agent phoned me and promised to escalate, which was a small surprise, but in the end no refund, no timeframe, still waiting.

DeliveryI ordered a really expensive watch on March 17th and now it's already May 1st, but I still haven't gotten the watch or my money back. I've tried so many times to get in touch with the company, Suunto, but they've completely been ignoring me. Finally, I was able to chat with someone online, and they said they would escalate my issue to head office, but I haven't heard anything back yet. My husband's birthday already passed, and I'm still stuck trying to get this sorted out. It's really frustrating how they're not communicating and not caring about customer satisfaction.
