App & PortalI bought some tickets on this website recently and it wasn't the greatest experience. The website was hard to use, and when I had trouble getting my tickets, the customer service was not very helpful. They basically just sent me a link and expected me to figure it out on my own. I was worried I might lose my tickets because of this lack of help. In the end, I had to go straight to the venue to fix the problem myself.
