Sukoshi Mart - Reviews and experiences

The stuff they sell at this store is really good, but I was pretty disappointed when I got a broken thing in my last order. But hey, the customer service team was on it right away and sent me a new one without any trouble. I was really impressed by how quick they fixed it, and it made me feel good about the whole situation. I'll definitely be back to shop at this store again in the future.

I just gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the product I got from Sukoshi Mart. I went there not too long ago, picked up this thing, and turns out it was broken. Went back to the store, and they wouldn't take it back cause I had already opened it. But I had to open it to see that it was broken! It doesn't seem right that they don't make exceptions for obviously damaged products like this one. I've been shopping at Sukoshi Mart for a while now, so I was kinda hoping for better customer service from them.

My online shopping experience with Sukoshi Mart was a letdown. I had problems right from the start when I got the wrong items in my order. Their customer service wasn't very helpful - took them forever to get back to me, and even then, they were slow to fix the issue. It felt like I had to argue with them for a week just to get them to agree to send me the right stuff, but only if I sent back the wrong items first. I tried to explain that it was hard for me to print the return label and to make it to the post office during my work hours, but they wouldn't budge on their policy and wouldn't send the correct items right away.
