App & PortalI'm really upset about my experience at this store. I ordered something, got an email saying it was shipped, and was told to track it with an app. But the app doesn't show my order number, so I can't track it. I've emailed them several times and haven't heard back. This lack of concern for customer satisfaction is not okay. I'll give them one more chance to fix this before I do something else.
