I was gonna get a sweatshirt from this store, but I decided not to because the folks there were super unfriendly. They canceled my order without even apologizing. It's like they don't give a darn whether they have customers or not. It's not cool to treat people that way, eh?

I bought a bag from this store not long ago, and I gotta say, I couldn't be happier with it. The quality is fantastic and it totally matches my style. But what really made my experience was the amazing service I got from the consultant. They were so friendly and patient, helped me pick out the perfect color and style that really suited me.

I just bought this travel kit full of essentials, but they totally sent me the wrong stuff. I reached out to customer service to try and fix it, but they straight up ignored me. Dealing with this company was super frustrating. I wouldn't suggest using their services, eh.

I gotta say, I was totally blown away by how quick and on point the service was with this company. Even though I saw some not-so-great reviews on Trustpilot, I figured I'd roll the dice and snag a bag that was on sale. Got confirmation of my order right away, then not long after that, I got a heads up that my bag was on its way. Can you believe it? Ordered on a Tuesday morning and had that bag in my hands by Wednesday afternoon! And it was all wrapped up nice and neat, couldn't have gone any smoother. The customer service was top-notch, went above and beyond what I expected.

Bought some sick boots from this store, but they were all messed up, and when I asked for help, they were all like "Nope, gotta contact Adidas," and Adidas was all like "Nope, gotta contact the third party." Like, seriously?? Can't believe they still won't lend a hand even after I showed them the policy! So not cool.

I just bought this fancy handbag from a store and man, the customer service was terrible. The person working there made me feel so unwelcome and like they were judging me just because of how I was dressed. I really wanted that bag, but the way they acted totally killed the whole shopping vibe. When I left, I felt so let down and disrespected. Good thing I checked out another store that same day and got the bag there with way better service.

I recently bought a pair of sunglasses from this brand, and they weren't exactly budget-friendly. And then, while I was at a funeral, one of the screws that holds the lens in place decided to up and leave. Of course, given the circumstances, I couldn't find it. I tried contacting customer service to get some replacement screws, but they told me they couldn't help. It's pretty disappointing that a well-known company can't lend a hand to their customers for something as basic as this.
