CommunicationI can't believe how unprofessional this company is. I ordered something and never got a confirmation. No updates, no communication at all. A month later and still nothing. The whole buying process was super stressful, definitely not worth the high price. It's just so average, and I'm so let down. They should be ashamed of themselves.

CommunicationI recently pre-ordered a winter coat from this store, expecting it to be available by December 7th, 2021. But when I checked the website today, I found out that the new availability date had been pushed to January 25th, 2022. I contacted customer service and they told me there was a production delay, but I was disappointed that they didn't let customers know about it proactively. The lack of communication beyond the initial order confirmation email was discouraging, especially since I really needed the coat on time. Overall, the service and communication from the store were not great.
