DeliveryI just bought a bag from your store as a Christmas present for my wife. The whole ordering and delivery process had a bunch of problems that really let me down. First, I called the Bond Street store to ask about getting the bag and they said they could ship it to me for an extra £10, even though the website said delivery was free. That really bugged me, so I ended up just ordering online from Italy.

DeliveryMy time at that store was pretty disappointing. They didn't have much of a selection, and the shipping choices weren't worth the extra money. Even though I paid for Next Day Delivery, my package from UPS got delayed by a few hours, and that really got on my nerves. I think the store needs to make sure they're picking a better carrier to work with so customers have a better experience.
