I was so looking forward to splurging on a handbag from this store, especially after buying one for my daughter last year. But oh boy, was I let down when the piping around the bag's edge started peeling off just a few months after I got it. When I reached out to customer service, they made me go through a bunch of hoops to send the bag back for repairs. I was hoping for better quality considering the price I shelled out. Dealing with all this was a huge hassle and super frustrating, not at all like the experience I'd get at a physical store. Needless to say, I won't be giving them any more of my business in the future.

I'm so disappointed! I bought a bag from this company and it completely fell apart after just a few years. The fabric quality was really bad, and when I tried to get it fixed, the customer service was awful. It took them forever to respond, and then they said they wouldn't fix it and sent it back to me damaged. How can a bag that costs $1,500 not last more than a few years? And to make things worse, they stopped making that bag, so I can't even try to get it fixed somewhere else.
