My experience with shopping at Stefania Mode has been amazing. The website is so easy to use, it's really simple to find what I want. When I needed to return something, it was super easy. The customer service team was really helpful and quick to assist me with my return. Overall, I am really happy with my shopping experience at Stefania Mode.

I bought a pair of shoes about a month ago, but then I got an email saying the order was cancelled. It's been almost a month now and I still haven't got my 530€ refund. I've been trying to get in touch with them but they're not answering, and I'm starting to get really worried about not getting my money back.

I made a purchase on December 5th, 2022 for an item that was supposed to be in stock. However, after waiting for a week without any shipping update, I reached out to customer service to check on my order. I was shocked to find out that the item was actually out of stock. The representative tried to convince me to buy a different item instead, but I asked for a refund because of the false information. Even after reaching out multiple times, I still haven't received my refund or a clear explanation about my order. It's been almost three weeks of frustration and confusion, making me question the credibility of this company.

I am so frustrated with the customer service at this store. I had problems with my Stella McCartney sneakers, so I contacted them for help. It took forever for them to let me return the sneakers for inspection, even after I sent a bunch of emails and explanations. And now, after waiting and following up with more emails, I still haven't gotten any solution or replacement. Their lack of communication and stalling tactics have really disappointed me. My family and friends won't be using their services anymore either.

I've been waiting for a new bag from JACQUEMUS since October because of a factory defect, according to the staff. It has cost me a lot of money. I'm still waiting for the refund we agreed on. After waiting for 5 and a half months, what have I got? The bag was apparently fixed (by who knows who) but I still don't have it. I asked for a repair receipt on Jacquemus letterhead, stamped, and signed, like the warranty says, but I haven't heard back. Their professionalism and customer service are extremely poor, almost non-existent. It's really disappointing. I feel like I've been cheated this whole time. It's truly shameful!

I had a bad experience with the concierge service at this store. I decided to order through them because they said returns were free and prices included all taxes. But, I sent back my order and it's been over 2 months and still no refund. The customer service team was helpful at first and gave me a refund, but now they're not replying to my messages. I also saw the item I returned for sale on their website right away, which makes me doubt how they deal with returns and refunds. This whole experience was very disappointing and makes me think twice about shopping here again.
