CommunicationI bought something from that online store not long ago, but it never showed up. I tried to contact customer service several times by email, but they never got back to me. The lack of communication and not caring about my issue has made me really irritated and let down. I think online stores need to be better at this stuff because it's not okay and it makes them look bad.
