I recently purchased a bag from Stefania Mode and I was happy to see how quickly it arrived. The price was good and I'm really happy with what I got. I will definitely be shopping there again in the future!

I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase from Stefania Mode. I waited three weeks for my package to arrive, only to find out it was stuck in shipping because they didn't provide the right customs documents. I tried contacting them several times but got no response. I'm feeling frustrated and not sure if I'll ever get my order. It's frustrating to see a company of this level lacking responsibility and good customer service. Stefania Mode needs to admit their mistakes and fix things quickly to keep their customers happy and trusting.

I just bought something for the first time from this online store, and I have to say, I am so impressed. I had a really bad experience with another online store before, so I was a bit nervous to try again, but I'm really happy I did. I bought a pair of boots that were sold out everywhere in the US, and Italy was my last chance. I got my Doc Martens X Rick Owens boots earlier than I thought, and everything went really smoothly. The boots were exactly like they were described, and the delivery was super quick. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.
