PriceI got an email from this website about a VAT free deal, but when I bought something, they didn't tell me I'd have to pay customs fees in Canada. When I asked for my money back, they said no and only gave me a voucher to buy more stuff from them with their rules. That's not right at all and totally dishonest.

PriceI got an email from the company, eh? They offered me a 20% discount code for my next purchase to make up for their mistakes before. It's nice of them to offer, but doesn't change the fact that I wasn't happy with their service at first. It's kind of disappointing that they thought they could make things right by just giving me a discount. I'm not gonna pretend like my bad experience never happened just because of a discount code, you know?
