As a parent of a tall son with size 13 feet, it's always been tough finding the right shoes and clothes. But shopping at this store has been great! The folks at the Whitelund store in Lancaster are super nice and helpful, which makes shopping a breeze. Whether I'm in the store or shopping online, the system is easy to use. And if I ever run into any issues, there's always someone friendly on the phone to help me out. I'm really happy with the customer service and all the different products they have here.

At first, my shoes didn't show up, but when I contacted customer service, they sorted it out right away. Big thanks to the staff for their assistance. The shoes were just as good as shown on the website.

My recent purchase at the store was a total disaster. Got an email saying my order was confirmed, but then turns out they lost it. Dealing with their customer service was a pain, had to go through a bunch of automated messages before finally talking to someone who didn't really seem to care. Asked for a replacement for one of the out-of-stock items, but the agent just gave me a refund for the whole order without even acknowledging my request. The whole thing was disappointing and I won't be shopping there again.

I had a bit of a problem with my online order recently. I got the wrong size delivered. Since I can't really go out, I had to contact customer service to fix the issue. At first, they told me to send back the item through the post office, but when I explained my situation, they were really understanding. The customer service team fixed everything right away and they were so professional about it. They even said sorry for the mistake and gave me a 10% discount and free shipping on my next order. They also quickly gave me a refund for the item that was out of stock. I was really impressed by their amazing customer service. It was like the good old days when customer service was top-notch. I definitely recommend shopping at SportsDirect for their fantastic customer service.

I just bought some sneakers from this place, and I gotta say, I was really not happy with how things went down. Three pairs came in no problem, but the fourth pair apparently got lost by the delivery guy. I had to wait an extra week for them to finally show up, which really annoyed me. Trying to reach customer service by phone was a total nightmare, and I felt totally ignored and frustrated. It sucks because the sneakers themselves were actually pretty good, but the terrible customer service and lack of communication really ruined the whole thing for me. I'm not sure if I'll be giving this place another shot in the future.
