Sorry, but my shopping experience lately was the worst. My parcel got lost, and when I tried to sort it out, the customer service people were not helpful at all. They didn't care and didn't do their job properly. It was super stressful and annoying dealing with them.

I'm so fed up with the inconsistent shipping options, eh! Like, why can't they just stick with one reliable courier, ya know? DPD/UPS keeps letting me down, and it's totally ruining what would otherwise be a good shopping time. The products are really great and the prices are fair, but what's the point if my orders keep getting messed up by these crappy delivery services, eh? Pull it together, seriously.

So I bought two pairs of sneakers from this store recently, eh. The quality of the products was good and they met my expectations, but the delivery process was a bit of a mess. They used two different delivery companies for the two pairs of shoes, which just led to confusion and inconsistency. I had to be home on three different days waiting for the deliveries, which was a real pain. The first pair arrived on time as promised, but the second one was delayed and showed up a day later than expected. It was pretty disappointing and definitely soured my overall shopping experience with the store, for sure.

I can't believe I bought shoes from this place without realizing they were being shipped from China. I ordered them back in February and it's been months and I'm still waiting for them. I've been reaching out to customer service constantly but no luck. Such a frustrating situation!

Ordering online was great! I was surprised how fast my order was processed and delivered. The product was exactly what I wanted, which is a big relief when buying from another country. The store's attention to detail made me feel really confident in my purchase. Really impressed!
