I just bought some new kicks online that I thought were a good deal. But turned out I couldn't return them to the store, unlike other shops. I had to fork out an extra $5 to send them back by mail, and that was such a hassle, eh.

I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. It felt like I was talking to a robot, not a real person. Every time I contacted them, I had to repeat the same information over and over, even though I had already given it before. Finally, after a lot of back-and-forth, they agreed to take back the trainers I bought. So, I sent them back at my own cost, but then they sent them back to me, saying I was late in returning them. They didn't explain why they changed their minds, and they just closed the case without saying why. I really regret dealing with their customer service and I would warn others to be careful when buying from them.

I bought some sports gear online not too long ago, and when it finally got to me, I was pretty happy with what I got. The quality was good, and the prices were fair. But, at first, there was a bit of a mix-up with my order. One thing was missing, and there was something in there that I didn't ask for.
