SportChek - Reviews and experiences

I decided to try shopping with a different company instead of the usual online shopping giants, but man, was that a mistake. I couldn't even cancel an order that hadn't been shipped yet and their customer service was no help at all. And to top it off, I ended up getting the wrong product thanks to their choice of sketchy courier services like Purolator. It's obvious this company has a lot to work on when it comes to keeping customers happy and managing things properly. I'll just stick to the bigger companies like Amazon from now on. At least they know what they're doing.

I just got myself some new ski boots and skis from the Halifax Shopping Centre, and I gotta say, the customer service I got was top-notch. Peyton really knew their stuff, was super nice, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. I'll for sure be going back there next time I need some ski gear!

I went to the store to get my fancy figure skates sharpened for a competition I have coming up. But it didn't go well at all. The person helping me was pretty rude and took way too long to finish sharpening them. When I got my skates back, they were scratched up and there was some weird oily stuff on the boot. I got worried and brought them to a figure skating shop where they told me the blade was wrecked. The rounded tail messed up the balance, so now I can't even use them. Super disappointing since I only got them a week ago.

I love shopping at this place for workout clothes, hiking stuff, and shoes. Sometimes it's a bummer when they don't have my shoe size, but the clothes are so cool and the prices aren't too bad. I'm all about those sales, eh! It gets old when they keep bugging me about getting a Canadian Tire credit card though.

The customer service at this store was amazing. Compared to other stores in the area, SportChek in Alliston really impressed me. Beth and her team were so helpful and really paid attention to what we needed. What made this store different was how they genuinely wanted to help us find what we were looking for. You could see that the employees liked their job, and I think that's because of Beth's great leadership.

I popped by Sports Chek to pick up some golf clubs for my buddy whose clubs got swiped. They had a sweet deal on women's clubs, and even though they were out of stock at my store, the manager hooked me up with a set from a different spot. I've got the clubs now and I'm really pleased with the service!

I went to the sportswear section at the store in Coquitlam to buy rollerblades for my granddaughter. We found a pair that she really liked, but they were a bit out of our price range, and she was bummed out about it. But then, one of the employees saw how upset she was and did something extra special to turn things around. He gave us a discount on the skates, making my granddaughter's dream come true and putting a huge smile on her face. The customer service was top-notch and totally made our shopping trip. The employee was super friendly, understanding, and truly wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. And later, the cashier did a kind thing by giving my granddaughters a couple of free gifts, which was such a nice touch that made our experience even better. I was so impressed by the amazing customer service and would definitely recommend this SportChek store to anyone looking for great products and outstanding service.
