Returns & RefundsI picked up a badminton racquet and it started having problems with the strings after only two days of playing. I reached out to the staff at the store and filled out a complaint online. Luckily, the store manager was able to help me exchange the product, and the problem was taken care of.

Returns & RefundsI just made an online order for pickup at this store. But man, I had a major problem with the return process. They went and returned the item without even telling me or asking for my permission! So now I'm out of both my money and the item. When I spoke to the store staff about what happened, they just said I'd get a full refund after everything was sorted out. I'm really upset about how they didn't communicate with me and take responsibility. I'm definitely not going to shop here again.
