SportChek - Reviews and experiences

So I just ordered some sports gear online and ran into a bit of a problem with the delivery. The folks who dropped it off left it at the end of my driveway, kind of sticking out of the mailbox, which made it super tempting for any passersby to take. Even though I live out in the boonies where you can't see my driveway from any nearby houses, someone still managed to swipe my package. When I got in touch with the customer service peeps at the store, all they told me was to call the cops because the delivery was marked as done. This annoying situation didn't happen just once, but twice with the same delivery person.

I ordered these really cool new shoes online and was so pumped to get them. But then the delivery guy was like, "Oh, I tried to drop them off," but really he didn't, so I had to go grab them myself. Not cool, dude.

I gotta tell ya, I got some awesome new kicks and a sweet bball from this store. But man, the delivery was terrible! The driver didn't even bother calling me, like seriously?? Big shoutout to the folks at SportChek who helped me fix it though, they're the real MVPs.

I just bought some boots and a helmet from this store. The boots came exactly as described and are just what I needed. But when I got the helmet, the box was all beat up. Luckily, the helmet inside was fine and in good shape. Can't wait to test out my new gear and start using it for my activities.

Dang, I ordered these shorts online and they totally sent them to the wrong spot! It's such a pain having to bug them over and over to fix it.

I just got a package from *** that was sent from a local store, and man, was I disappointed with how the stuff was packed. It seriously looked like someone decided to use my order as a basketball and toss it around for fun. The clothes were dirty, wrinkled, and all squished up in a ball. I was starting to think maybe they mixed up my order with someone else's reject clothing. It's really frustrating to shell out your hard-earned money for items that are treated like that. When I'm shopping online, I expect better quality and service, but this experience was way below what I was hoping for. I'm definitely not going to shop here again, I'll look for other places to buy from, even if it means supporting a US store instead of this local sports store. It is what it is, I guess.
