DeliveryI bought a suit on May 20th that was supposed to be in stock, but it hasn't been shipped yet even though they charged my credit card right away. I've emailed them several times, but their responses have been slow and unhelpful about the delay. I'm not happy about this and it makes me unsure about ordering from them again in the future.

DeliveryIt sucks when companies charge your credit card and then take more than a week to even ship your order. I had to reach out to them for an update and they straight up ignored me at first. But after a second email, they finally canceled my order. Companies need to do better at keeping their customers in the loop to avoid these kind of messed up situations.
