Servicethey saved the day and made something old useful again. I found some old SpaFinder vouchers after a relative died and assumed they were worthless since the site doesn’t seem to issue those anymore. I reached out on a whim and the support team was incredibly helpful — really went out of their way to convert the vouchers to the new system. I’m honestly surprised at how smooth it was. We’re already planning a quiet weekend spa for me and my partner, a little break we badly needed. Small hiccups here and there, but overall I’m super grateful.

ServiceI tried out some spa gift cards I got, but it didn't go so great. The pedicures I had at two places were not that good. It took a while, but my feet weren't as smooth as I expected, and the nail polish was messy. I usually go to another salon that gives better service for less money.

The customer service folks were really on the ball and helpful the whole time. I'm feeling pretty good that the new e-gift card will do the trick for my spa visit next month. All in all, I'm thankful for how quickly and smoothly they fixed the problem.
