CommunicationI bought a gift card as a surprise for a family member, but it's been a total headache. I made the purchase a few weeks back, and no matter how many times I try to check in with customer service, the gift card still hasn't shown up. I'm super bummed about the lack of communication and the fact that they can't even find my order. It's pretty obvious that this company is slacking when it comes to helping out their customers.
