Spafinder - Reviews and experiences

So, yeah, I stayed at this Wyndham place, ya know? And they have this cool thing where you can use Spafinder to pay for things. But every time I try to use my Wyndham Visa card, Spafinder is all like, "Nope, girl, use a different card." And then when I give them my certificate, the spa folks can't even make it work! They gotta send it through, like, a ton of times. It's super annoying, eh?

I tried to buy a digital gift card online but my credit card kept getting rejected, and the banks didn't even flag it as a potential fraud. It was a frustrating experience and I won't be attempting it again.

My experience trying to buy e-gift cards online was a total nightmare. Even though I had all my details right and the payments went through just fine, my orders got canceled many times because of some "screening system" they had. The customer service wasn't very helpful at all, just giving me basic advice and not really solving my problems. They said the screening was for security, but it just made things way harder than they needed to be. After 4 days of being super annoyed, they finally told me to get a physical gift card instead, without telling me where to actually find them.

I've had a frustrating experience with Spa finder's gift cards. I got four gift cards from friends and family, but I can't use them like I wanted to. The website won't let me use more than one card for a purchase, and the total can't be more than one card's value. When I contacted customer service, they suggested I try asking a spa to split the charges. This solution is frustrating and inconvenient, especially coming from a company like Spa finder. I'm really disappointed with the gift cards and wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
