TrackingI ordered some Christmas presents from this company right before Black Friday. But when I looked at my email for the tracking details, I was surprised to see that the package had already been marked as delivered and left on my doorstep. Even though I have cameras all around my property, there was no sign of any Fedex delivery. I tried reaching out to Fedex and the company multiple times, but I couldn't get any answers or help. It's been really frustrating, and I'm so disappointed that I won't have the gifts I planned for Christmas. The lack of response and support from both the delivery company and the seller has made me feel really let down and unhappy.
