DeliveryAs a new customer, I was really looking forward to my order from this company. But my experience ended up not being as great as I expected. I spent a lot of money on my purchase and got an email saying it would ship within 1-4 days. However, after 7 days passed, there was still no sign of it being shipped. When I asked, they said they didn't have the right boxes and "messed up." I was pretty upset because they knew what they were supposed to do for shipping but still took money from people's credit cards.

DeliveryI bought 5 things from that store, but it took so long for them to ship them out. They blamed the post office for the wait, but I really think it's on them. And now I won't even get them in time for Christmas. It's just so frustrating!
