CommunicationMy granddaughter lost her otter doll on the airplane and she was really upset about it, so I thought I'd cheer her up by getting her a new one. I decided to get expedited shipping so she could have it quickly. But it's been days now and I still haven't gotten any confirmation or tracking info. I tried emailing and messaging them on social media, but I haven't heard anything back. I thought they were supposed to be a company that helps kids, but it seems like they aren't even paying attention.
