Ski jacket purchase

Don't bother with this company, eh. Their customer service is terrible and they don't care about their customers, eh. I tried to buy a ski jacket and 21 days later it still hadn't been shipped, eh. I had to call and email many times with no answer, eh. To top it off, the jacket I bought was suddenly "sold out" on their site after I bought it, eh. Now I'm stuck in a dispute with my credit card company because of this disaster, eh. Stay away from this company no matter what, eh!

Two sets of skis and two sets of ski boots

I got my skis in just a week, but still waiting on the ski boots. Customer service was brutal, they kept giving me the runaround and it took three weeks for them to even think about filing a claim with UPS. And even then, all they cared about was keeping their cash and not my needs. Ended up asking for a refund and heading over to evo.com instead. Talked to a different boss almost every day.

Ski package purchase

My experience with this store was really disappointing, eh? I bought a ski package for my daughter as a Christmas gift, but only got one thing from the order. When I reached out to customer service about the missing items, they were not very helpful at all and kind of brushed me off. They said they didn't have the stuff in stock and just suggested canceling the order, eh? This lack of taking responsibility and poor customer service left me feeling frustrated and let down, eh. It ended up ruining my daughter's Christmas gift, which was so disappointing, eh? Overall, dealing with this store was just terrible and I definitely won't be going back, eh.

Skis and boots purchase

Skis.com is honestly not great at all, eh! It took forever for my order to show up, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they were pretty useless. They didn't even offer me a discount or anything to make up for the massive time I wasted. I'd say steer clear of this place, you can definitely find better ski gear shopping elsewhere, for sure.

XC boots

I got some new XC boots and I was a bit worried because everyone was talking about how bad it is to order from there. But when I gave them a call to check on my order, the customer service picked up right away and told me my boots were already on the way! They even gave me the tracking number so I could keep tabs on my package. The boots arrived really quick, just as they promised. The only thing that would have been even better is if they had sent me an email to let me know my order had been shipped. Most online stores do that nowadays.

Gift card issue

Service

I had a really bad experience with a gift card from this one place that wasn't accepted by another company. It was so annoying to deal with, especially since the two companies are connected somehow. I think that when a business gets bought out, they should take on the debts as well as the assets. The customer service person I talked to tried to clarify things, but I still think they should have handled it better.
