PriceI was so pumped to give this subscription service a try, but man, was I ever disappointed. The customer service was seriously lacking, giving off unwelcoming and exclusive vibes on social media. I really wanted to stick around as a member, but jacking up the monthly fee by 50%? Not cool. Not everyone can drop over $200 for an annual membership in one go - it feels super snobby and like they're just catering to the rich. C'mon now, this service should be for everyone, not just the elite. Time to step up your game. Pretty bummed doesn't even come close to how I'm feeling.
