Silk and Sonder - Reviews and experiences

I just bought a sticker pack for my planner and was really excited to use them for the next few months. But, it quickly turned into frustration because I couldn't get any information on when they'd arrive. I reached out to customer service a couple of times, but didn't hear back from them at all.

Hey there, I've been a loyal customer of this planner service for a while now, but I've been really let down by the fact that my planners haven't been delivered for the past three months. I've updated my address multiple times and even checked with customer service, but somehow they keep getting sent to my old address where nobody lives now. I've tried reaching out to customer service through different ways but haven't gotten any response. This lack of communication and failure to fix the issue goes against everything this brand stands for. It's really disappointing since I've always loved using their products.

I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality of the quarterly subscription delivery. The app is super easy to use and the community events and real-life photos in the journals are so inspiring. The first delivery came super fast, was easy to unpack, and the content was even better than I expected. I'm grateful for such an amazing experience!
