App & PortalMy experience was awful, eh? I couldn't even log in to change my subscription, so I ended up getting charged for the whole year. The customer service team's reply was so disappointing, they just told me about their no refunds policy and kept pushing for me to just enjoy the subscription for the rest of the year. Not being able to turn off the auto-renewal without any heads-up was really annoying. I really don't want to keep getting these items for the next 11 months, and those constant coupons they send aren't even helpful, eh.
