Returns & RefundsSo I bought this rubber watch band for $100 and it totally broke way too soon. I contacted customer service and they said there's no warranty for watch bands. I was shocked - how can a $100 band have no guarantee?!

Returns & RefundsI bought a rose gold band for my watch recently, but when I got it, it didn't go with the watch like they said it would. Also, the prongs on the watch were bent, so the band didn't attach properly. I sent it back to get a new one, but they said it was scratched and wouldn't exchange it. How could a new item be scratched already? They were just making up excuses to avoid replacing the faulty product. And on top of that, the watch wasn't working right, but instead of fixing it, they just sent it back to me with the prongs bent a bit to make the strap fit. That kind of lazy and dishonest customer service is not okay.
