ServiceI almost didn’t buy because the referral link my friend sent just went to an error page. I tried it a couple times, then phoned support and ended up on hold for about half an hour. They admitted the link was broken, which was disappointing, but the agent did offer to apply the $20 discount if I placed the order over the phone. That was a bit surprising — nice that they could do it, but I still prefer online shopping and the whole thing felt unnecessarily messy. My doubt about their site remains. If you’re tempted, call first, and please, fix the promo emails so people don’t waste time.

ServiceBought a Shark IQRobot with a lifetime warranty. The unit showed an error code after a few uses. The support line asked me to call, so I did. After basic troubleshooting they said they'd replace it and I should get the new unit in 5–7 business days. No tracker by day eight, so I called again. They reissued the order and sent a tracking number. Next day I got another email saying the order was cancelled because shipping wasn't paid. Shipping had been waived under the warranty. They cancelled it anyway. I called back and was told, again, that this time the replacement would be sent. The back-and-forth is tiring. Other companies I've dealt with usually sort this faster. It's not great but the reps try. I'll wait the promised seven business days and update.
