CommunicationI can't believe the nerve of the customer service I dealt with! They told me my order was cancelled, but then it got shipped anyways. And when I asked for a refund on the return shipping fees, they said no. How am I supposed to trust them if they can't even handle a basic cancellation properly? It's totally absurd. I for sure won't be supporting their business again.
