What really stuck out in a good way was the delivery and tracking: clear updates and no drama, which I appreciate so much. Customer service solved the billing hiccup, even if the call itself wasn't perfect. I also noticed some of the items feel lighter in material than I expected — not terrible, but not luxury either; so price-wise I’m cautious. All in all I’m honestly glad I gave them a try; happy the order arrived quickly and the billing issue was fixed. I’ll keep an eye on that promised discount and on quality with future orders, but for now I’m content — relieved even — that it worked out better than I feared.
