I first saw this brand on my feed—late-night doomscroll, as you do—and a buddy sent me the link with a “you need this” emoji. I was wary; the internet is full of traps, and the checkout looked... too smooth. Sure enough, after I clicked through an impulse buy, a membership line quietly showed up in my cart (almost $60, recurring) — didn't notice at first, because who reads every tiny line, honestly. I messaged customer support, expecting the usual runaround, but they actually explained the membership, cancelled it for me and refunded the fee (phew). So my scepticism eased, mostly — still kinda annoying it was hidden, but the fix was decent. Would I buy again? Maybe, but I'll watch the cart.
