I just bought a HDD enclosure from a popular brand in Space Grey, but when I got it, the colour was more Silver than I expected. I reached out to customer service, sent photos, but their responses weren't helpful and the issue wasn't resolved. So, I'm returning it and looking for a different brand. Overall, the whole colour mix-up and lack of good customer service has left me feeling let down by the brand.

The back-and-forth emails just made me more frustrated, and despite my hopes for a solution, it felt like my concerns weren't being taken seriously. Ultimately, I expressed my disappointment with the situation and made it clear that the whole experience had turned me off from the brand, making it unlikely for me to buy from them again.
