CommunicationSo, you know, I got this Bluetooth speaker from this place and let me tell you, it's pretty cool. But the customer service? Terrible. I tried emailing them about a question I had, and guess what? No response at all! Like, what are they even doing over there? And don't even get me started on their voicemail. I left a message, thinking maybe they'll call me back. Nope, no call back. Like, what's the point of having a voicemail if you're not going to call people back, right? Honestly, I would say don't even bother buying from them, it's not worth the hassle.
