I went to the store recently and man, let me tell you, the new management there is a real letdown. The customer service was just terrible, like seriously the worst I've ever seen. The place was a mess, the shelves were practically empty. And don't even get me started on the manager - so rude and totally unhelpful. It made the whole shopping trip just awful. I definitely won't be going back there again.

I just bought some hair products from this store, and let me tell you, the service I got was top-notch. The person helping me really knew their stuff and went out of their way to find the best products for my hair. They took the time to explain what each one would do and even checked my past buys to make sure I was trying something different. I was so impressed with their knowledge and friendly attitude. Overall, my visit to this store was amazing, and I'll definitely be coming back.

I went to grab some hair dye and nail polish at the store and I had the best time ever! This worker, Lisa, was super nice and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I found everything I was looking for. Lisa even offered to go to another store to get the hair dye that was out of stock. She kept me in the loop the whole time and when I went to pick up my stuff, she was so friendly and kind. The products were awesome and the service was fantastic. I really enjoyed my shopping experience there!

I walked into the store ready to start my waves journey after chopping off my hair last year. The cashier who helped me was super polite, attentive, and professional. She greeted me right away and even took the extra step to guide me to the right section and help me find what I was looking for. Thanks to her, my trip to the store was a breeze and amazing. I phoned Sally's earlier today to check if they had the black eye pencil I was looking for. The girl, Jasmin, was really friendly and even offered to save 2 for me. I went to the store the other day to get some hair dye and shampoo, but I ran into a problem. The staff didn't want to sell me the product because they said it had the wrong discount sticker on it. The customer service was terrible, the staff didn't really care and were no help at all.
