CommunicationI recently had a problem with my online account, so I sent an email to customer service for help. But, I didn't hear back from them for a few days, so I ended up having to give them a call. It was a bit of a hassle getting transferred and then accidentally hung up on, but eventually, I got through to someone who was able to assist me. Overall, the whole experience was pretty stressful and seemed like a lot of unnecessary trouble.
